Wendell Borges Accepts Role as Brandenburg Site Leader
February 1st, 2023
I am pleased to announce that Wendell Borges will transition into the role of Site Leader effective February 1, 2023. In this role, Wendell will report to me and will be responsible for directing all Brandenburg manufacturing activities by promoting safety, product quality and manufacturing excellence.
Reporting directly to Wendell will be Tom Parcell (Operations Manager), Gary Poole (Health & Safety Manager), Todd Faulkenburg (Maintenance Manager), Danny Williams (Reliability Manager), Freddy Rivera (Process Technology Leader), Allie Greenwood (Process Safety Engineer), Reece Wardrip (Continuous Improvement Leader)and Debbie Gossett (Executive Administrative Assistant).
Tom Parcell will assume the responsibility of Interim Polychem Superintendent until a new hire is on site and properly transitioned.
We want to thank Rick Caines for his willingness to step in and help the Brandenburg team as the Interim Site Leader for the past eight months. Rick will continue to support the team as interim Engineering Manager. Todd Faulkenburg will be resuming the role as Maintenance Manager and provide support for Rick as required. We also want to thank Todd for stepping up these past several years in supporting Engineering and Reliability.
