Think of it as your professional highlight reel.

Your Career Profile helps leaders better understand the strengths, experiences, and aspirations across Monument, while also supporting more meaningful career development conversations with your manager. Your profile is private and only visible to HR, your manager, and leaders above your manager in Workday.

One Easy Update. Five Winners.

Everyone who completes or updates their Career Profile by June 12 will be entered into a random drawing for one of five $25 gift cards.

Here’s how to get started:

• In Workday, search for “Update My Career Profile” under Awaiting Your Action
  OR
• Go to: Your Profile (top left) > Career (bottom right) > Edit
