I am pleased to announce that Tom Parcell joins the Monument Chemical Kentucky team as the Operations Manager, effective today, November 29, 2022. In this role, Tom will report to me and will be responsible for overall production operations across the Brandenburg Site. The primary goal of the Operations Manager will be to manage the plant operating units to reliably deliver low-cost, high-quality products in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Tom has over 30 years of experience in chemical manufacturing. He comes to us with wide range of operation experience in such areas as production management, safety and environment, quality, and cost control. He is a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt.

Tom joins us from Evonik. Tom joined Evonik in 1991 as a Packager and worked his way up in the company holding various roles of increasing responsibility with different assignments in multiple US states and Canada; and most recently as Superintendent, H202 Plant in Mobile, Alabama.  

Tom earned his Business degree from Averett University.
