Dear Monument Team,

I wanted to send this note to thank everyone in operations and administration for supporting the many customer requests the sales team has been receiving during this challenging fight against coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

We appreciate your hard work, performed under difficult circumstances, that is keeping our facilities safe, operational, and producing the products our customers need. Your efforts are critical in combating the spread of coronavirus and are allowing us to supply quality products to our many other businesses that are considered essential.

A good example is that many existing and new customers are asking daily about Monument’s ability to supply IPA. Thanks to the entire team’s efforts and commitments, the sales folks are able to assist with each of these requests. Many of these customers also use other products from our other sites and their teams are also stepping up to the challenge. Everyone is pulling together to fulfill our promises to our customers each day.

In addition to helping our customers respond to the immediate global crisis, your hard work is forging stronger long-term partnerships with customers across our sites and product lines.

Thank you everyone, whether you are working in operations at the plant or supporting administratively from home. Please share the word that the sales team appreciates all that you are doing to support the entire Monument team!
