Texas HR Team - Roles & Responsibilities

Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome to the Monument team!

Given the recent changes in Monument HR, I want to clarify roles for the Texas team, so that you can connect with the right person when needed.

I will continue overseeing Human Resources strategy and activities, employee support, including delivering people and organizational results aligned with the business plan for all Houston Area, Rollingbrook, and Port Arthur employees (Chelete Burnett).

Carolina Barrientos will be the main point of contact for HR support, partnering with the Site Leaders, as well as providing employee support for Bayport and Baytown. Carolina will continue to be located at the Houston site.

Trina Rose will be responsible for payroll, onboarding, vacation and leave administration, and recruiting activities for all Houston Area locations and Port Arthur. Trina will be located at the Houston site.
