Port Arthur Announcements - Nathan Minshew and Vernon Harris

I am announcing organizational updates to strengthen site operations and support continued growth at Port Arthur.
Nathan Minshew will assume the position of Production Manager for Port Arthur. In this role, he will be accountable for all production activities, including first‑line support for resolving production constraints, increasing production, reducing operating costs, improving quality, and maximizing customer satisfaction. He will also support continuous improvement initiatives focused on utility optimization, waste minimization, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Nathan Ringwall, Milo Duenez, Domingo Flores, and Anthony Dupuy will continue to report to Nathan.
Vernon Harris will assume the role of Operations Manager. He will oversee operating personnel and be accountable for delivering effective operational performance. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all regulatory and Monument HSE requirements, maintaining consistent adherence to operating expectations, and resolving operational issues while implementing actions to prevent recurrence. Vernon will maintain his responsibilities as Logistics Manager.
Nathan and Vernon will continue to report to me.
