Dear Monument Team,

Renee Havrilla, VP and Business Leader – Solvents, has decided to leave Monument Chemical, effective June 13, to pursue other opportunities.

Renee joined Monument in July of 2024, and I appreciate her leadership of the Solvents business and team – which resulted in solid financial performance and good progress on Solvents’ strategic growth plan. She also brought fresh perspectives to our processes and organization, resulting in the initiation of key projects across Business Excellence and Digital Transformation.

While we are disappointed to see her go, we wish her well on her new journey ahead and want to thank her for her contributions during her time with Monument.

We have much great work ahead of us this year, so our focus will be to maintain the forward business momentum that Renee and the Solvents Business Team have created. For the time being, I will assume the interim role of VP and Business Leader - Solvents. Monument remains strong, and our owners remain committed to Monument’s long-term success, as demonstrated by their continued investments and support of our business.
