I am pleased to announce that Luke Smith has joined Monument as Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Manager on September 3, 2019. In this role, Luke will provide analytical support and leadership on key business objectives, including leading the collection and analysis of business data and making recommendations on how to improve performance against business plans. He will report to me and will be based in the Indianapolis office.

Luke comes to Monument with 14 years of experience in a range of financial roles. Prior to joining Monument, Luke worked for Accuride Corporation, a >$1B global supplier to the commercial vehicle industry, where he held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. In his most recent role as Manager, Global FP&A, Luke helped integrate >$500M of acquisitions, managed raw material and FX hedging programs to mitigate earnings volatility and protect profitability, and oversaw a range of other financial improvements and wins.

Luke earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics, as well as an MBA, from University of Southern Indiana.
