LEAP: Our Global Development Program — First Up...LinkedIn Learning!
October 17th, 2023
At Monument, a career is more than a job. It’s a limitless opportunity to grow – and to make an unlimited impact.
Monument Team,
As we look ahead, we see endless possibilities for Monument’s growth and innovation – and each of you plays an important role in this success story. Your passion, skills, and commitment have brought us this far – and to write our next successful chapter, we must continue investing in our most precious resource: YOU!
We are excited to share an update on Monument’s Global Talent Development program, which has been designed to empower our team members to unlock their potential via opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.
Our program is themed around the acronym LEAP – and here’s why:
- Learn: This comes first because it’s the foundation of all other talent activities. A culture of learning ensures our team is regularly acquiring new skills and expertise to drive our shared success.
- Empower: This is at the heart of our talent commitment. It’s your talent and career, and you hold the reins. Our aim is to provide you with the resources, opportunities, and encouragement to take charge of your growth.
- Accelerate: To thrive in a rapidly changing world, we need to be agile and adaptable. We are committed to helping our team advance their careers at an accelerated pace to drive innovation in all we do.
- Partner: We believe in the power of collaboration. From a talent perspective, this includes mentorship and coaching opportunities, robust knowledge transfer, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all talent activities to ensure everyone on the team feels heard and valued.
LEAP is not just an acronym; it’s a promise to learn as a team, empower each other, accelerate our growth, and partner together as we write our next chapter.
First up…Monument LinkedIn Learning!
You’ll be hearing more about our growing list of talent opportunities in the months ahead. For now, we are excited to announce the launch of Monument LinkedIn Learning.
Learning and growth at work (and in life!) is a journey and life-long process. Monumentis committed to your professional and personal development – and is now proud to offer LinkedIn Learning to our team members!
Why use LinkedIn Learning?
LinkedIn Learning lets you learn at your own pace. You can select courses relevant to your current role in areas like Project Management, Leadership, and Process Improvement. You can also pursue other passions. With courses on Financial Literacy, Communication/Interpersonal Influence, even Self-Care and Well-Being, you’ll be able to grow and develop in the areas you care about – both at and outside of work.
Shortly, you’ll receive an activation email from Monument Chemical, via LinkedIn Learning – so please keep an eye out for it.
Our aim is to support every team member in their unique journey, as well as nurture a community of passionate, empowered, and agile individuals who are shaping the future of Monument.
In the near future, we’ll also be creating a LinkedIn Learning curriculum geared toward our people leaders – more to come on that.
In the meantime, if you have any questions about LinkedIn learning – or any of our Talent efforts – please contact us at [email protected].
We look forward to sharing more about our enhanced Talent activities and opportunities with you!
