I am pleased to announce that Laura McCary has accepted the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist in Kentuckyeffective December 1, 2022. In this role, Laura will report to Susanne Cole and will be responsible for providing customer service and account resolution to customers to ensure exceptional service is provided through timely resolution of customer account billing issues. She will work closely with the sales and billing teams as well as continue to be a backup to accounts payable.

Laura joined the Monument team as a Contractor in January 2022. She has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Customer Service functions with Summit Polymers Inc. and Flint Group.
