Introducing Monument’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
June 19th, 2018
Monument Team, As our presence in the specialty chemicals industry continues to grow, so does the need for all employees to act with integrity and treat our colleagues, customers, and suppliers fairly and with respect.
Monument has a long-standing commitment to honesty, integrity and high ethical standards in all that we do, and it’s these values that have enabled us to earn the trust of our customers and partners. To ensure that we continue to act ethically as we grow, I am pleased to introduce our first Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
The Code is effective immediately and will guide the way we conduct business across the organization. It sets forth the principles that all employees are expected to follow to help everyone make the right decisions in their jobs and reaffirms our commitment to creating an environment where customers, partners and employees feel safe, respected and empowered. By following our Code, Monument’s other policies and local regulations, everyone will have guidelines for exercising good judgment while fulfilling their daily job responsibilities.
Although we except all employees to follow the Code, formally accepting it will only be required for salaried employees this year. Instructions on how to do this will come by email from Monument Chemical-Learning ([email protected]).
Please watch for more details to come. We will provide more information on the Code and give you an opportunity to ask questions. Please reach out to your supervisor or local HR representative if you have further questions.
Be safe,
Qamar
