Houston Area HSSE Organizational Changes

Monument Colleagues,
We are excited to let you know about several upcoming organizational changes for Houston Area Health, Safety, Security, and Emergency Services (HSSE) team. Effective April 3, 2023:
Stacy Johnson will serve as Corporate HSSE Process Leader. In this new position, Stacy will coordinate the implementation, execution, and auditing of processes and procedures to help standardize and maintain a proactive program to achieve Monument’s HSSE goals and objectives.
Willie Urrutia will serve as Houston Area HSSE Manager, as Stacy’s successor. In this role, he is the site’s contact for safety and health concerns – and will ensure compliance, and lead the day-to-day safety and health programs. Reporting to Willie will be:
- Kay Jones, Houston Area/Port Arthur Document Control Coordinator
- Louis Theobald, HSSE Specialist, Baytown
- Wayne Price, Houston Area Emergency Services and Security Leader
- Blake McBride, HSSE Technician Houston
- Justin Gardner, HSSE Specialist/Floater
- Kade Fregia, will serve as the Bayport, HSSE Specialist
- Dyllan Culp will serve as Houston Site Training Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Global HSSE Manager that will lead this organization. In the interim, Stacy will report to Rick, and Willie will report to Maria.
