I am pleased to announce that Eathan Peach will be promoted into the role of Process Technology Managereffective September 6, 2023. This role aligns with Monument’s Global Process Technology group structure to help drive Operational Excellence.

In this role, Eathan will report to me and will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the process technology group by leading and developing a high-performance team to support site to achieve safety, quality, costs, production, continuous improvements, and sustainability targets.

Eathan will manage multiple process areas including technology transfer from R&D to Pilot Plant to Production areas, Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Process Safety and Pilot Plant Operations with the end goal of safely delivering increased value to the business.

Reporting directly to Eathan will be Freddy Rivera (Process Technology Leader), Allie Greenwood (Process Safety Engineer), Reece Wardrip (Continuous Improvement Leader)and Brad Carby (Pilot Plant Supervisor).
