I am pleased to announce that Crystal Chae-Aleman joined Monument as HR Generalist for Houston area and Port Arthur on May 9, 2022. She will report to me, and will be responsible for activities relating to payroll, recruitment, evaluating, and implementing potential HR solutions.

Crystal joins us with over over six years of experience in the HR field – and has worked in fast-paced environments, supporting all levels of employees from administrative to executive level. Previously, she served as an HR Generalist for SK Innovation in Houston, and she has also held positions of increasing responsibility at CMC Construction Services, Employment & Training Centers, Pentair Valves & Controls, Houston Dump Trucks & Trailers, and United Shutdown Safety.
