Brissa De Anda Promoted to Customer Service Representative Lead at Haltermann Solutions

Haltermann Solutions and Monument Teams,

I am pleased to announce that Brissa De Anda has been promoted to Customer Service Representative Lead at Haltermann Solutions. Brissa joined Haltermann Solutions as a Customer Service Rep I in June of 2021.

In addition to her duties as a Customer Service Rep, Brissa will have responsibility for: training other CSRs; ensuring work processes are developed and continuously improved; assisting management in creating blanket pricing for strategic customers; identifying and assisting in resolving accounting system issues; helping to manage accounts receivable; and being the subject matter expert for web-based customer interfaces.
