Brandenburg Organizational Changes
February 3rd, 2025
We are excited to announce important organizational changes for the Brandenburg site, effective February 3, 2025.
Brian Davis has been appointed to lead the Glycol Ether and Specialties (GES) area of the business to include POP/Amination, Micro and EDC. Brian will continue to report to Tom Parcell and be responsible for managing the activities of these areas promoting a high level of safety, product quality and manufacturing excellence.
Gary Sipes will assume the Production Supervisor Lead position and will report to Brian Davis. He will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and quality execution of the day-to-day activities within the POP/Amination/Micro/EDC units. He will have two supervisors reporting to him. Once we are able to transition them from Polychem, Brock Harris will assume supervisor responsibilities for the POP/Amination and Micro units, and Michael Resel will assume the supervisor responsibilities for the EDC unit.
These changes will better position our team to support Brandenburg in the future and enhance our performance by optimizing knowledge, experience and flexibility across the site.
Please join me in congratulating all of those in new roles and supporting all of the changes.
Thank you,
Tom Parcell
Operations Manager
