On November 18, 2023, Monument’s Baytown site marked an impressive 13 years of OSHA recordable/Injury-Free success. Due to holiday scheduling, we didn’t get to celebrate until January 6 – but celebrate we did! Because even though the milestone happened in 2023, we wanted to come together to recognize the team’s collective commitment to safety – one that will continue to chart our path to safety and success in 2024.

Congratulations to the Baytown team for your incredible journey, hard work, and constant attention and commitment to keeping each other safe. Here’s to many more years of teamwork, ongoing improvement, and care for making sure every employee goes home safely!
