I am pleased to announce that the following changes have been made to the Operations team at Monument Chemical, Bayport. 

Effective March 15, Herman Goudeau will transition from Operations Shift Lead (B Shift) and will remain on B shift.

In a corresponding move, Ken Bailey will be moving into the Operations Shift Lead (B Shift) role vacated by Herman.

Effective March 29, Chris Rice will be stepping out of the Operations Shift Lead (A Shift) role and will remain on A shift. 

In a corresponding move, Brandon Elmore will be moving into the Operations Shift Lead (A Shift) role vacated by Chris. 

We thank Herman and Chris for their contributions as Operations Shift Leads and will continue to rely on them to support Monument Chemical with their knowledge, experience, and dedication. Additionally, we congratulate Ken and Brandon on their new roles as Operations Shift Leads and will rely on them to drive safe and reliable operations. Below is the revised Shift Matrix with the above listed changes.
