Announcing the New Monument Global Manufacturing Organization
May 21st, 2019
Monument Team,
I am pleased to announce the new Monument Global Manufacturing organization, which has been enhanced to improve functional leadership efficiency and leveraging of resources across Monument. Previously, our Manufacturing organization was primarily site-focused in terms of reporting and priorities; while we will continue to support site goals, our new global structure and focus will allow us to work more collaboratively – and to share learnings and successes across all of the Manufacturing functions which include Operations, HSE & Security, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance. (See new Monument Global Manufacturing leadership structure here.)
The Manufacturing leaders reporting to me include:
- Narayan Dave, currently Houston Site Environmental Leader, will assume additional responsibilities as Global HSE Leader, effective immediately. All site Safety and Environmental leaders will now report to Narayan, as well as Jody Caines, Global Compliance Manager, and Tim Prowell, Global Process Safety Manager – both of whom assumed these new roles in early 2019.
- Blake Saffer, previously North American Quality Leader, has accepted a new role as Global Quality Leader, effective immediately. Blake will focus on all aspects of Quality Control and Quality Coordination.
- Jason Dana, currently Houston Site Engineering Leader, will assume additional responsibilities as Global Engineering and Capital Leader, effective immediately. Jason will focus on capital project activities, including the new Growth Process, and will oversee our efforts to leverage resources and boost efficiencies in our capital spending.
- Adam Pingel will continue to serve as NA Business Manufacturing Leader. Read previous announcement here.
- Manu Gyselinck, will continue to serve as Site Leader for the Belgium site.
Please join me in congratulating Narayan, Blake, and Jason on their new / expanded roles – and in wishing the full team much success as we grow the capabilities, strengths, and successes of our new Global Manufacturing organization.
Thanks,
Rick Caines
Vice President, Manufacturing
