Announcing Haltermann Solutions Organization Changes
May 2nd, 2019
Haltermann Solutions Team,
Late last year, we announced several strategic organizational changes across Haltermann Solutions that have improved our processes, better leveraged our capabilities, and helped drive sustainable growth throughout the company. We recently made several new enhancements to our organization (see org chart) to further strengthen our momentum and to offer new talent development opportunities for key leaders.
Donald Phillips, currently Commercial Director, has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager. In this role, Don will continue reporting to me, and will be responsible for continuing the transformation process by developing and introducing new products, and expanding the Haltermann Solutions commercial footprint domestically and internationally. Don joined Monument in March 2018 and brought more than 20 years of leadership expertise in steering organizational strategy, developing and executing business plans, and inspiring collaboration among company teams.
Quinntine Dunford, currently Business Operation Director, will remain in that role but will take on Customer Service as additional responsibility. In this role, Quinntine will report to Don and will be responsible for Production and Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Quality and the Lab, and Customer Service activities. Quinntine came to us after 14 years at Exxon where he held various leadership positions from engineering, operations and project management.
Mark Overaker, currently Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, will move to a new role as Vice President of Special Projects. In this role, Mark will report to Don and will be responsible for projects that will support and help expedite the Haltermann Solutions transformation process. We would like to thank Mark for all his leadership and contributions over the past ten plus years.
All these changes are effective on May 1, 2019.
Please join me in thanking Don, Quinntine, and Mark for their many contributions to Haltermann Solutions to-date, and in wishing them well in their new responsibilities.
Thanks,
Qamar Bhatia
President, Monument Chemical
