I am pleased to announce that Alexandra Bledsoe has been promoted to the position of Production Engineer Lead for Polychem,effective December 1, 2022. In this role, Alexandra will report to me and will be responsible for leading the Polychem Engineers, as well as ensuring plant continuous improvement production processes, procedures, quality, and performance aiming for the highest degrees of efficiency aligned with company objectives.

Alexandra joined the Monument team in June 2015 as a Production Engineer in the Polychem unit and has made significant contributions during her career, including leading the Polychem Improvement Project this year that has contributed to improve the overall performance of the plant.

Noah Frazier and Mark Phillips will now report to Alexandra.
