I am pleased to announce that Adam Pingel, currently Site Leader for Brandenburg, has been promoted to Business Manufacturing Leader, North America, effective immediately. Adam will continue to report directly to me and will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing excellence across all North American sites.

Adam joined Monument in 2009 as Operations Manager and Site Leader in Houston – a role he held for seven years. In 2016, Adam became Site Leader for Brandenburg. In the past two years, thanks to Adam’s leadership and the full support of the site team, Monument Chemical Kentucky has achieved significant improvements in manufacturing capability. 

Adam’s manufacturing excellence expertise and his outstanding leadership skills – particularly a constant willingness to support the personal growth and success of his team members – will be well leveraged across our North American sites in his new role.
