This group is designed to accelerate industry supply chain efforts to reduce the ecosystem’s greenhouse gas emissions by working together on common goals. I’ve been a Production Engineer at Monument Kallo in Belgium for the last year and a half, coming from ExxonMobil where I was in Process Engineering and Process Coordination roles with similar responsibilities. I serve as the interface between the supply chain and shift teams, translating the planning into instructions regarding our plant operations — how long they have to run certain products, how and when to start the next campaign, etc.

As Director, Global Talent and Total Rewards, Jamie is responsible for everything we do at Monument to attract, engage, grow, and retain the right talent. Jamie joined Monument in 2015 as Human Resources Manager (Houston Area) after working in a variety of HR leadership roles for almost 14 years at Motiva Enterprises and Royal Dutch Shell. She assumed her Talent role last year, and her role has now been expanded to include Total Rewards.
We recently sat down with Jamie to chat through her own career and talent journey – as well as Monument’s approach to making a positive impact in the work lives of our team members.
Houston and Bayport Celebrate Successful Shutdowns

Congratulations to the Houston and Bayport teams for successful shutdowns! The Houston site performed their maintenance shutdown (maintenance, flare, electrical, etc.) from July 14 to July 24. The Bayport site performed their shutdown (repacked C150 distillation column, electrical mechanical integrity (MI), PRV MI, cooling tower repairs, various preventive maintenance items) from June 6 to 17.
