I am pleased to announce that Zachary Hoffman and Victoria Carroll have joined the Monument Chemical Houston team as Production Engineers. In this role, they will report to Yndalecia Martinez and will be responsible for overseeing the operations of distillation projects and hydrogenation reactors. 

Zachary joins us from Arkema, where he was the Process Engineer over Esterification: Methyl, Butyl, 2EH Acrylates, and Liquids Incineration. Zachary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. 

Victoria joins us from International Paper, where she was the First Line Leader over the Utilities group. Prior to that, she began her role at International Paper as Utilities Process Engineer. Victoria earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
