Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce that Xue Wang joined the Monument Marketing team as Senior Director, Strategic Marketing on July 16, 2018. In this role, Xue will report to me, and will be responsible for managing and directing marketing-related projects and for working with the Monument Leadership Team to execute our growth strategy.  She will be primarily focused on growth from our tolling pipeline and our R&D pipeline.

Xue joins Monument with a broad range of expertise in marketing, R&D, and business development for the chemical industry. In her most recent role, Xue led strategic marketing projects for Nalco Champion (An Ecolab Company) as the Director of Market Research. Prior to this role, she served as Strategic Growth Initiative Leader for Nalco Champion, New Business Space Development Leader for Momentive Specialty Chemicals (current Hexion), and Market Development Manager and R&D Project Leader for Arkema, Inc.

Xue holds an MBA in Marketing from Temple University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California at Los Angeles.
