I am pleased to announce that Tiffany McIntosh joined the Monument Chemical Kentucky team as the Human Resources Generalist, effective today, October 6, 2025. In this role, Tiffany will report to me and will work closely with Kelli Richard while transitioning into the role. She will be responsible for a diverse range of human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and compliance along with managing key metrics to meet the targets and goals of the department and organization.

Tiffany has several years of experience in the human resources field driving continuous improvement, workforce engagement, optimizing processes and delivering on organizational goals. She has been with Ryder Logistics since 2018. She started her career there as the HR Manager, then moved into her most recent role as the Customer Logistics Manager. Prior to Ryder, she was the HR Generalist at Cook Compression.

Tiffany earned her Associate of Science in Business Management from Sullivan University.
