I am pleased to announce that Steve Muncy has been promoted to the position of Engineering Manager, effective as of July 1, 2023. In this role, Steve will report to me and will be responsible for the planning, designing, and overseeing of capital investment projects on our site, as well managing finances of these projects and leading our site engineering team.

Steve joined the Monument team in December 2010 as a Senior Project Engineer and has made significant contributions during his time at the site leading numerous projects that contributed to the success of our site.

Reporting directly to Steve will be Jacob Klapheke and Jeremy Watts. Troy Dowell will continue to report to Jacob.

We again want to thank Rick Caines for his willingness to step in and help the Brandenburg Engineering team as the Interim Engineering Manager for the past several months.
