Monument Team,  

I am pleased to announce that Sharon Barclay has joined Monument and our Global Leadership Team as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective March 27, 2023. In this role, Sharon will report to me, and she will lead the HR team, strategies, and programs that align with Monument’s culture and business objectives.

Sharon joins us from Magseis Fairfield, a leading provider of ocean bottom seismic systems and services, where she served as CHRO. Sharon has an impressive history of ensuring companies develop people to have the right skills for the right positions – and she brings to Monument broad expertise in building team engagement and alignment on company strategy and values. Sharon has also held roles of HR leadership at TMK IPSCO, Schneider Electric USA, Siemens, Lombardi Software, and Vignette Corporation.

Sharon earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, as well as a BBA in Marketing, both from Texas A&M University.

In the coming months, Chris Svoboda will work closely with Sharon to ensure a smooth and seamless transition – and I am grateful to Chris for his commitment to the ongoing success of Monument and the HR team.
