Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce that Ruth Papandria will be joining the Monument executive leadership team as Executive Assistant on March 29, 2021. Ruth will report to me and will provide administrative support to Monument Chemical’s Leadership team and manage our Indianapolis office.

Ruth joins us from Endress and Hauser, a Swiss-based globally operating process and laboratory instrumentation and automation supplier, where she held a similar role as an executive assistant and office manager. Prior to that, she has held roles of increasing responsibility at a range of organizations, including Learfield-IMG College, the University of Indianapolis, Lynch and Belch Attorneys, and Fairley and Company, Inc.

Outside of work, Ruth is an active community volunteer. She serves as the Youth Ministry Commission Vice Chair and as a volunteer for various organizations and community events, including the NCAA Big 10 Conference Tournament and the Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee – and she has been a youth volunteer coach for eight years.

Ruth earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis.
