Manufacturing & Supply Chain Promotions
February 21st, 2022
Monument Team,
To support the alignment of our Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, we are excited to announce that three of our leaders are moving into expanded roles.
Rob Einterz, currently KY Project Manager, will become KY Business Development Lead. In this role, he will report to Don Phillips and will be responsible for all new business development activities for the Brandenburg team. Rob started at The Heritage Group in 2013 in the Growth and New Ventures department. He transitioned to the Monument Strategy team in 2015 and has been managing supply chain activities for KY since 2017.
Maria Kraemer, currently Houston Site Leader, will become Houston Area Supply Chain & Manufacturing Leader. In this role, she will report to Adam Pingel and will be responsible for all Houston Area supply chain and manufacturing activities. Maria joined Monument in 2012 as a Campaign Team Leader and quickly ascended into the Operations Manager and Site Leader roles for the Houston site. Her contributions and leadership have helped propel Monument Houston to the powerhouse team it is today.
John Lewis, Houston Area S&OP Manager, will become Houston Area Business Development Lead. In this role, he will report to Sarves Peri and will focus on strategic projects in Custom Manufacturing, cross-functional leadership, and discovery and exploration of new growth opportunities with existing and new customers. John joined Monument in 2012 as Campaign Team Leader. After successfully delivering results in the operations space, John moved to the Supply Chain team, where he has been leading Houston area S&OP process and execution. In this role, John was instrumental in developing a robust S&OP process, rolling out systems and tools, and partnering with key stakeholders in Operations, Sales, R&D and Finance to optimize asset balancing, working capital, and customer experience.
All changes are effectiveimmediately, and the backfills for these roles will be the subject of a future announcement.
Please join us in thanking Rob, Maria, and John for their incredible impacts on our shared growth story – and in congratulating them on their new roles and responsibilities.
