I am pleased to announce the following organizational change for Monument Chemical Kentucky effective November 1, 2019.

Kelli Richard has been promoted from Payroll Specialist to HR Generalist. In this role, Kelli will have expanded responsibilities within the Human Resource Department.

Since Kelli joined MCK the team on January 8, 2018, she has made significant improvements to the processing  of payroll, as well as significant contributions to recruiting, administration of various leave of absence policies, managing the company’s affirmative action program, and keeping the department compliant with employment-related regulations.
