I am pleased to announce that Jody Caines, currently Global Compliance Manager, has been promoted to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Governance Leader, effective June 1. In this role, Jody will continue to report to me and will oversee all activities and progress in this essential global function.

Jody will retain oversight of Global Compliance and will work closely with Rick Caines (who is currently supporting our ERM & Governance activities) throughout 2023 to fully transition responsibilities.

This new ERM & Governance structure under Jody’s leadership will support the function’s drive for increased organizational scalability, best practice sharing across sites, and enhanced opportunities for talent development among the team.
