HR - Mark Graham and Tonya Klinglesmith Accept New Roles

I am pleased to share two announcements in the Monument Human Resources organization.
Mark Graham, currently HR Manager, Kentucky, has accepted the role of HR Manager, Corporate, effective January 1, 2022. Mark will report to me, and his responsibilities will include partnering with Finance, R&D, and Haltermann Solutions leaders, as well as developing and implementing overall HR metrics across Monument. Mark will also lead all HR-related M&A activities for Monument. In addition, he will have oversight of the interface with The Heritage Group HR team, including working with HR Shared Services on the design and implementation of a new people management system replacing Peoplesoft. Mark will relocate to Indianapolis and will continue to be part of the HR leadership team.
Tonya Klinglesmith, currently Senior HR Business Partner, Kentucky, has accepted the role of HR Manager, Kentucky, effective January 1, 2022. Tonya will report to me and will be responsible for driving functional excellence for the Brandenburg businesses and site, including delivering people and organizational results aligned with the business plan.
These changes complement the other exciting changes in the HR organization (including Jamie Kieffer’s new role and our welcoming of Chelete Burnett to the team).
