I am pleased to announce that Grant Flaugher has joined the Monument Chemical Kentucky team as QC Lab Coordinator, effective June 26, 2023. In this role, Grant will report to me and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the lab. He will work closely with unit Supervisors and Lab Technicians to help coordinate priorities of samples from each unit.  He will also work with R&D and Lab management to support new products and implement best practices to champion continuous improvement.

Grant brings seven (7) years of laboratory experience. He joins us from Marathon Petroleum Company, where he held the position of Laboratory Specialist – Analytical Services, working mostly with heavy oils/asphalt and IC distillates.  

Grant earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Morehead State University and his Master of Business Administration from Union College.
