I am pleased to announce that Freddy Rivera-Diaz, currently Operations Manager for Brandenburg, has been promoted to Site Leader, effective immediately. Freddy will continue to report directly to me and will be responsible for HSE performance and manufacturing excellence for the entire Brandenburg site.

Freddy joined Monument Chemical Kentucky in 2016 and has held the Operations Manager role for the past three years. Due to Freddy’s leadership and the support of the entire Brandenburg team, the site has achieved many significant milestones in safety and operational improvements.

Reporting to Freddy will be:
