I am pleased to announce that Eugene Roush joins the Monument Chemical Kentucky team as Human Resources Business Partner, effective July 18, 2022. In this role, Eugene will report to me and will be responsible for labor/employee relations, key metrics to meet the targets and goals of the department and organization, as well as other HR related functions.

Eugene has over nine (9) years of experience in the human resources field. He comes to us with a diverse background in human resources disciplines, such as employee relations, retention/recruitment, and performance management.

Eugene joins us from Amazon, where he was the Human Resources Business Partner II. Prior to Amazon, he was the Employee Relations/Talent Acquisition Leader at Valeo and an Interim HR Manager at a Pet Supplies Distribution Center. Eugene started his career as a Manager for Frisch’s Restaurants in the Cincinnati and Louisville area.

Eugene earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University.
