I am pleased to announce that Emmanuel Gatling will join Monument as the Operations Manager for Bayport on May 23 rd. He will report to me. Emmanuel's initial focus will be to lead the operations team in their daily activities while also learning the facility through his CTL training. The Production Supervisors, Ken Bailey and Mark Kinney, will report directly to Emmanuel.

Emmanuel joins us with almost 15 years of experience in process engineering operations. Previously, he served as the Operations Day Team Lead for Ascend Performance Materials in Alvin, TX. Prior to working for Ascend, he worked at DSM Nutritional Products and Mississippi Power Company, where he held positions of increasing responsibility.

He has a wife and a son, and they are expecting their second child in August. They enjoy going to church, sports and relaxing with family.Emmanuel played football at Mississippi State University all four years and where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He then went on to the University of St. Mary in Kansas to earn his MBA.
