Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update, Information, and Travel Guidelines
March 6th, 2020
Monument Team,
In light of the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) news, we are sharing this presentation on prevention measures to help us maintain the health and safety of everyone on the Monument team. Our shared goal is to be adequately informed so we can be prepared, but not panicked.
In addition to reviewing the presentation, we are asking that all employees avoid non-critical business travel and conduct virtual meetings as much as possible. In addition, Monument has prepared a Pandemic Outbreak Plan to provide for contingencies in the event of a pandemic outbreak and to establish guidelines to ensure the safety of our employees and to support our continuing operations. The plan is currently undergoing a Management of Change (MOC) at all Monument’s sites or locations - and will be shared with you by your team.
We will continue to monitor travel guidelines and update you with any changes.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact your site HSE or HR representative.
Be safe,
Bill
