Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce that Chelete Burnett joined the Monument team as HR Manager – Houston Area on November 1, 2021. In this role, Chelete will report to me and will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources activities at the Houston, Baytown, Bayport, and Port Arthur sites.

Chelete joins us from Occidental Petroleum (formerly Anadarko Petroleum), where she worked as Sr. Human Resources Advisor.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
