In this role, Eathan will report to me and will be responsible for managing plant operating units to safely and reliably deliver low-cost, high-quality products in an environmentally responsible manner. He will also assume direct responsibility for EDC, Micro, and Amination following Brian Davis’s retirement.

In this role, she will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Process Technology group by leading and developing a high-performing team that supports site safety, quality, cost, production, continuous improvement, and sustainability objectives.

As part of these changes, the following roles will report directly to Eathan:

  • Gary Sipes – Production Supervisor Lead
  • Jordan Lindsey – Production Engineer
  • YoungSung Suh – Production Engineer, Micro

The following roles will report to Allie:

  • Yovanys Hernandez Perez – Automation & Digitalization Engineer
