Bob George Joins MCK as Process Safety Manager

I am pleased to announce that Bob George joined the Monument Chemical Kentucky team as the Process Safety Manager, effective December 30, 2024. In this role, Bob will report to me and will work closely with Allie Greenwood while transitioning into the role. He will be responsible for leading and ensuring compliance with the site PSM program.
Bob has 29 years of experience as a multi-disciplined chemical engineer in various manufacturing roles. He joins us from SYENSQO Group Energy Solutions (US) LLC (formerly Solvay/Rhodia). He joined Rhodia in 2006 as the Maintenance/Reliability Manager. He then moved into an Operations/Process Manager position with Solvay and then transitioned into the North American Zone Process Safety Engineer role. He most recently he held the Plant Manager role accountable for all aspects of plant operations required for innovative solutions supporting the upstream Oil and Gas markets.
Bob earned his Bachelors’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
