Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce the new Monument Manufacturing organizational structure (see chart). This new structure will better align the global Manufacturing team with Monument’s current strategy and Top Priorities – as well as build greater accountability, alignment, and line of sight around operations, HSE, capital planning, and quality.

Our enhanced organization will also promote improved cross-functional collaboration throughout the Manufacturing team and across our businesses. I encourage you to be familiar with the new structure – which offers clarity around how we will operate and new possibilities in career development.

Announcements about specific roles will be shared over the next several weeks.

These changes will well position our team to support Monument in boosting momentum on our Top Priorities next year, and I look forward to sharing additional updates about our success in early 2019.
