I’m very happy to share that Sarves Peri has been appointed President of Monument Chemical, beginning January 1, 2026. As I prepare for my retirement in July 2026, I’m grateful to see our company transitioning into such capable hands.

Many of you have worked closely with Sarves over the years, so you already know the kind of leader he is – thoughtful, steady, and deeply committed to our people and our customers. With more than 32 years of experience in the chemical industry, Sarves has built a career on driving growth, strengthening operations, and helping teams do their best work. His leadership of the transformation of our Renewables and Fuels business line is just one example of what he brings to an organization: clarity, engagement, and a focus on delivering real value.

Sarves joined Monument in 2015 after holding leadership roles at National Starch (a division of Unilever and ICI) across R&D, operations, supply chain, and business management, as well as global assignments in North America, EMEA, South America, and APAC. Since then, he has helped solidify our supply chain foundation, advanced important business excellence initiatives, and contributed to the growth of our Europe and Solvents businesses. His technical expertise, commercial insight, and collaborative leadership style make him exceptionally well-suited to guide Monument into its next chapter.

As we move through this transition, I want to thank all of you for the dedication, resilience, and teamwork you bring every day. Monument’s strength has always come from its people, and I’m confident that under Sarves’ leadership, the company will continue to grow and thrive.
