Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce the following organizational changes for Monument Chemical Kentucky.

Effective April 1, 2019, Adrianne Gatrost has been promoted to Category Buyer. In this role, Adrianne will be the site point of contact for executing procure to pay process (category purchasing) and will also assume the Warehouse Supervisor duties.  She will continue reporting to Brian Tichenor, with functional dotted line reporting to me. Adrianne has held several positions in her time at Monument with increasing responsibility, with a strong focus on continuous improvements in plant wide purchasing. Reporting directly to Adrianne are the Warehouse employees.  Adrianne will be succeeding Dwight Brown, who has announced his retirement for June of this year.  Adrianne and Dwight will work closely over coming months to ensure a successful and smooth transition.  

Effective April 2, 2019, Drew Esarey has been promoted to Raw Materials Buyer. In this role, Drew will be responsible to manage the reliable and cost-effective flow of raw materials to support sales, inventory, and operation planning (SIOP) process.  He will report directly to me.  Drew has led several purchasing process improvements in the Warehouse in his time with Monument.  Drew will be succeeding Sam English, who has also announced his retirement for September of this year.  Drew and Sam will work closely over coming months to ensure a successful and smooth transition.
