    I am pleased to announce that today, we are taking another step forward in our journey as a full-service chemical manufacturer and custom solutions provider. We have finalized an agreement to acquire KMTEX LLC (pronounced chem-tex), a privately owned specialty chemical distillations toller based in Port Arthur, Texas.
