Enhancements to Our Global Finance & IT Organization
December 17th, 2020
Monument Team,
In early November, Paul shared a look at Monument’s refreshed Leadership organization. In line with our shared goal to build an empowered leadership organization fully aligned with our vision for growth, we have made several key enhancements to the Global Finance organization.
Here is a summary of the refreshed Finance structure:
- Luke Smith will remain in his role as FP&A Manager. Within the FP&A team, Lisa Cucino will assume responsibilities for Haltermann Solutions (while retaining her current responsibilities for Kentucky). Joel Swearingen will oversee FP&A for Europe and will remain on the Kallo BMT.
- Joel Swearingen will also remain in his current role as Controller.
- Chad Nichols has been promoted to Global Information Technology Leader. Jose Cevallos and Kaye Redmon from US IT will now report to Chad; Pam Spurgin and Vivian Brooks from Business Application Development will continue to report to Chad. Chad will also be responsible for managing the relationship with THG ITSS.
- Matt Overaker will remain in his current role as Tax Manager and will continue to report to Joel.
These enhancements, all of which are effective January 1, 2021, will allow the Finance & IT team to better support the Monument businesses throughout next year and beyond.
Thank you to the team for your flexibility and commitment to high quality in all you do, especially through the challenges we have faced together this year.
