I am very excited to announce that Serena Mullins will be joining the P+OC team as my Executive Assistant. In this role, Serena will report to me and will provide support on a range of key activities and projects.

As most of you know, Serena joins us from the Monument Chemical executive team, where she has provided incredible support over the last six years. She has worked with Monument leaders in every function, and her talents and commitment have helped drive success in everything from employee engagement to executive communications. Serena's experience, talents, and creativity are a fantastic addition to the P+OC team.

Serena will move to our team in the month of August; in the meantime, she is providing support to me as well as the Monument team to ensure a smooth transition.
