Monument Kentucky Finance Team Announcement – Lisa Cucino and Susanne Cole

Monument Team,

We are pleased to announce that Lisa Cucino, currently Finance Manager at the Brandenburg, Kentucky site, has been appointed to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for Kentucky and Kallo, effective May 1. In this role, Lisa will report to Adam Alexander and will be responsible for providing analytical support and project leadership on key business initiatives. She will also continue to serve as the finance lead on the Kentucky BMT.   

Lisa joined Monument in 2012 through the acquisition of the Brandenburg site. Lisa has been a part of the Brandenburg organization since 1988 – through the ownership of three previous companies (Olin, Arch, and Lonza). During her tenure, Lisa has focused primarily on accounting and financial functions with increasing levels of responsibility.

We are also happy to announce that Susanne Cole, currently Senior Accounting Supervisor at the Brandenburg, Kentucky site, has been appointed to Plant Controller, effective May 1. In this role, she will be leading the day-to-day accounting functions previously handled by Lisa Cucino and will oversee the KY plant monthly close. As a result of this change, Susanne will be reporting to Joel Swearingen, and Angie Argabright will continue to report to Susanne. 

Susanne has been with Monument Kentucky for eight years and has been an integral part of the Finance team. Prior to joining Monument, she worked at Cook and Associates in Brandenburg.
