Freddy Rivera-Diaz Accepts New Role as Site Leader, Monument Chemical Kentucky

Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce that Freddy Rivera-Diaz, currently Operations Manager for Brandenburg, has been promoted to Site Leader, effective immediately. Freddy will continue to report directly to me and will be responsible for HSE performance and manufacturing excellence for the entire Brandenburg site.

Freddy joined Monument Chemical Kentucky in 2016 and has held the Operations Manager role for the past three years. Due to Freddy’s leadership and the support of the entire Brandenburg team, the site has achieved many significant milestones in safety and operational improvements.

Reporting to Freddy will be:

  • Benjamin Hastings, Superintendent Production Poly Chem/Shipping/Powerhouse
  • Eathan Peach, Operations Leader EDC/Carbide
  • Todd Faulkenburg, Superintendent Maintenance/Engineering
  • Brian Davis, Site Process Engineering Leader Pilot Plant
  • Danny Williams, Reliability Manager
  • Rachel Flaherty, Process Safety Leader
  • Jody Caines, HSE Manager
  • Reece Wardrip, Maintenance Planner
  • Debbie Gossett, Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Denita Taylor, Site Operations Clerk
