Donald Phillips to Join Haltermann Solutions as Commercial Director

I am pleased to announce that Donald Phillips will be joining the Haltermann Solutions team as Commercial Director, effective March 26, 2018. In this role, Donald will report to me, and will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales and business development strategy to drive global business growth and market share.

Donald brings more than 20 years of leadership expertise in steering organizational strategy, developing and executing business plans, and inspiring collaboration among company teams. Prior to joining Haltermann, Donald served as President and Partner for The Mackinac Group, a chemical R&D and manufacturing company located in Fort Meyers, Florida. He has also held a range of leadership positions at FXI, a leading foam manufacturer, as well as commercial roles at both FXI and Petoskey Plastics. Donald earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Lawrence Technological University in Michigan – and completed Accelerated Executive Leadership Training at Drexel University.
